The table below lists governors who have served on West Twyford’s Governing Body in the last twelve months. Governors have a legal duty to act in the best interests of their schools. Where there are personal or financial interests which may conflict with this duty, we identify, prevent and record the conflict. Generally, governors must not be involved in discussions or vote on matters to which a conflict relates. All governors sign a ‘Declaration of Interests’ form at the start of the first full Governing Body meeting of an academic year and, at the beginning of meetings, are asked to declare if they have a potential conflict of interest with any agenda item.
